Management Team
Our clients are concentrated primarily in the bay area region of California, as well as the Greater China region, comprised mainly of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The Elevate team has combined fund experience totaling over 30+ years and are fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Bill Fong, CPA
Bill Fong is a Partner of Elevate Financial Solutions, which he co-founded in 2008. After spending his earlier years at KPMG Peat Marwick, Bill spent more than 10 years in various senior finance roles at leading private equity and venture capital firms including H&Q Asia Pacific and Sanderling Ventures. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Francisco State University and received his Master’s degree in Finance from Golden Gate University. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a former member of the AICPA.
Carol Wang
Carol Wang is a Partner of Elevate Financial Solutions. Her accounting career began as an auditor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where she focused on venture capital and private equity firms. After spending over 6 years in the business assurance practice, Carol joined the venture capital industry and spent 3 years at H&Q Asia Pacific in senior financial management roles prior to joining Elevate Financial Solutions. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
